About the Band
Arbor View opened in 2005 with a band of approximately 45 members. Today the Aggie Band program serves approximately 200 students across marching band, concert ensembles, jazz, guard, and indoor programs.
The Arbor View High School Marching Band made its first Bands of America regional appearance in East Los Angeles in 2008, helping put the program on the map for broader regional recognition. Since then, the marching band has participated in BOA regionals and made finals in 2008, 2009, 2014, and 2015.
Arbor View is known for consistent performance at CCSD festival, earning a number of superior ratings throughout the school's history. The band has performed in Washington, D.C., New York City, Orlando, Los Angeles, Pearl Harbor, and on the Las Vegas Strip.
The Arbor View Colorguard has grown into one of the top groups in Southern Nevada, including a class championship at the 2014 WGASC Championships in Southern California.
